Business Analyst – Integrated Human Resources Systems

Purpose:
UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a Business Analyst – Integrated Human Resources Systems consultant.

Minimum requirements and competencies:
• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science or related field.
• Two to four (years of professional and practical work experience in the field of human resources management, information system and administration at the international level with a broad view of information system environment similar to that of UNICEF.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to synthesize business requirements into logical system specifications.
• Good understanding of computer applications and data management.
• Ability to  analyze complex operations and   business process and formulate strategic and alternative work methods for improved efficiency and efficacy
• Strong managerial, interpersonal, co-ordination, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Customer Skills:  Displays understanding of clients’ needs and provide service while minimizing bureaucracy.
