The Center Head | General Manager – Training -MOZAMBIQUE
Roles and Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation –Responsible for profitability of center, to generate foot falls, increase conversion, create awareness in the market and identify businesses relevant to the segment that walks in. Increase collections, college tie ups, MoUs with Ministries and increased profits, Visiting Corporate clients on daily basis and generate revenue from corporate clients.
- Marketing Management – To conduct mass events, seminars, road shows, distribution of flyersand other marketing activities in Corporate, Universities, Collegesand public Places.
- Operations: to commence batches as scheduled, execute sessions without slip, improve student’s performance and provide placements support. Slippage, Leakage and feedback should reflect the health of the center.
- Quality and Systems implementation: Adhere to systems and procedures of the organization, exceed the standards set by the organization, and improve course delivery.
- People Development: Impart regular training to faculty, counselors and service advisors and ensured skills are updates when required.
Experience
- Five years in center management in a reputed training institutes
- 3 years in corporate sales or institutional sales
- Total of 8 years of experience in training or software sales
Qualification
- Technical graduate or post graduate
- Hands on Word, PowerPoint and excel
- Fluent in English and Local language
Should know Portuguese
