We are in the process of applying for the KwF financed program “Mother and Child-, Emergency Care II-IV in Tajikistan”. The program is planned for a total of around 72 months and contains several components: medical and non-medical equipment procurement, construction, training, policy advice, etc.
Requirements:
University degree in a related field
Minimum of 12 years of professional experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in practical and planning experience in the use of telemedicine incl. hardware and software
Minimum of 3 years of experience with a consultant company (or donor agency such as EU, KfW, World Bank, etc)
Work experience in central Asia would be an asset
Previous work experience in a KfW financed project would be an advantage
Knowledge of Russian or Tajik language would be an advantage
