Minimum requirements and competencies:
1. University degree and at least two years of progressively responsible relevant work experience in finance, accounting, human resources, business administration, office management, ICT, supply, or any other relevant function
2. Track record of working on developing innovative solutions and initiatives
3. Strong leadership and office management skills
4. Experience in supply operations, logistic, and purchasing administration
5. Administrative service management goals, vision, position, policies, and strategies
6. Principles of office management, operations, programme management, and administration
7. Capacity to prioritize and manage a diverse range of projects and activities
8. Ability to set high standards for quality of work and consistently achieve project goals
9. Project management skills; including task prioritization
10. Ability to work with a diverse set of partners to create problem specifications, system
requirements, and then implement software and technology innovations

12. Demonstrated research, planning, communication and writing skills
