ICT Support Officer: Zambia
The British High Commission is seeking a skilled, qualified, energetic and experienced IT Officer. This exciting and challenging position will contribute directly to the achievement of the UK’s top priorities in Zambia. Do you have a good understanding of how software and hardware systems work? Do you have excellent listening and questioning skills combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution? Are you able to work well in a team as well as work under pressure with minimum supervision? Do you have at least 3 years experience working in an IT environment? Are you educated to diploma/degree standard or equivalent and have excellent written and spoken English? If you can answer yes to all of the above questions, you might be the person we are looking for.
