UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks TA services to assist in the development and implementation of priority UNICEF campaigns and initiatives.

Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for campaign management and creative development, external partner liaison, promotion & distribution, monitoring and evaluation with following tasks;
• Planning, development, co-ordination and implementation of large, multi-stakeholder communications campaigns;
• Identifies sources and seeks funding and other assistance for major campaigns and initiatives;
• Develops strategic partnerships with key constituencies to elicit support for and maximize impact of promotion and distribution objectives;
• Prepares or oversees preparation of a diverse range of information communications products in support of major campaigns and initiatives;
• Drafts material for UNICEF newsletters, reports and briefing books and edits drafts prepared by colleagues;
• Evaluates results and impact of communications activities.

Qualification:
• Advanced degree in communication, marketing, public relations, development, fundraising or business management; or a Bachelor’s degree with experience equivalent to a Master’s degree in any of these disciplines.
• Eight years of progressively responsible and relevant professional work experience.
• International and national work experience (for IP).
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English and another UN Language
• Experience in campaign management
• Experience in promotion and distribution of campaign content
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation
