Ground support for all airlines at Doha Airport
Qatar Aviation Services (QAS) is responsible for providing ground handling services at Hamad International Airport for Qatar Airways and a host of other airlines serving HIA. This covers everything from porters to baggage handlers/loaders, aircraft cleaners to equipment operators, and drivers to customer service agents.
About Your Job:
In this position you will be responsible for maintaining the QAS vehicle and equipment fleet information records to support the Engineering Workshop in achieving the highest level of services and quality to the QR Group customers.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Maintain and update of master fleet list database
Update, plan, manage and publish preventative maintenance schedules
Update vehicle maintenance and history records both in hard copy files and computer database
Coordinate technical manual library including database and signing in/out system
Takes care about the archiving and disposal of hard copy records
Ensure completion of all necessary forms and documents
About You:
In order to be considered for this position you need to have a High School Qualification (e.g. O level, Year 10, min compulsory education) and up to 2 years of demonstrable experience of fleet administration.
Good knowledge of English language and computer literacy are basic requirements of the job.
