UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks for the Asia, Mena and Africa Government Relation’s teams in PPD, including financial and budget transaction management, organizing meetings and events and managing information related to public partners.

Qualification:• Secondary graduation
• Must pass UN clerical, typing tests in English
• Minimum of five years working experience in an administrative capacity with an international organization, government agency or diplomatic mission.
• Experience in budget work, including on the job training in financial procedures and systems. Knowledge of SAP-FLS-VISION system and MS standard office applications
•  Post requires initiative, mature judgment, diplomacy, tact and excellent skills in public relations.
