Data Clerk – riders for Health – RFH) also known as Riders
Coordinate timely submission of data log sheets form outreach health worker to the Head office, Enter the sample transport data from outreach health workers in Riders for Health predesigned database and submit to M&E Coordinator in a timely manner, Clean the data, check mistakes and follow up with relevant personnel to rectify the errors, Maintaining a filing system of log sheets that have been entered in Riders database, Attends required data entry trainings and meetings, and provides inputs to enhance data systems, Completes the computer data backup on a daily basis, Assist the M&E Coordinator in generating monthly and quarterly statistical and data reports as required, Support the M&E Officer with sorting through any partner data that has been gathered
Diploma in Social Sciences with a minimum of 1 yr working experience, Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, and Microsoft Access, Excellent communication, reporting and Data entry skills, Attention to detail, confidentiality and detail analysis
