Reporting to Head of Clinical
Applicants must be responsible, committed and practicing Christians, Any other duties that may be deemed reasonable for the post, Disseminating information of weekly reports to designated officer, Preparing duty roster, Supervising staff under his/her charge in their routine daily work, Diagnosing and treating patients, Examining patients manually, Referring patients for laboratory tests, Prescribing treatment for patients, Administering admission and discharges, Conducting minor surgeries and anesthesia, Ordering and monitoring the proper use of drugs, Referring patients to surgical and medical specialists, Supervising, aggregating, analyzing and interpretation of data
A minimum of a certificate in Clinical Medicine obtained from a recognized training institution and must be registered with the relevant professional body, Not more than 45 yrs of age, Applicants must be responsible, committed and practicing Christian
Senior Nursing Officer – Grade M – Ekwendeni Mission Hospital - CCAP Synod of Livingstonia Health Department
Responsible to Principal Nursing Officer
Developing plans to implement nursing policy, Supervising and evaluating activities of Nursing Officers and submit reports, Assessing staff requirements in order to facilitate deployment of staff, Providing nursing care to patients, Supervising the recording of data in relevant registers, Supervising the analysis of information and their dissemination to all relevant stakeholders including submission of weekly reports to the designated officer, Any other duties that may be deemed reasonable for the post
A minimum of degree in Nursing obtained from a recognised training institution and must be registered with Nurses Midwife Council of Malawi, and other relevant professional body, At least 4 yrs experience at Nursing Officer, Not more than 45 yrs of age, Applicants must be of mature character, responsible, committed and practicing Christian, Any other duties that may deem reasonable for the post
