Sample Transport Coordinator– Riders for Health – RFH) also known as Riders
Sample Coordinator is responsible for managing a group of sample couriers, coordinating sample couriers’ routes and schedules, collecting and analysing kilometres, fuel and parts data required of Sample Transport couriers, ensuring road safety standards are upheld, training and assessing sample couriers, responding to and investigating accidents and dealing with all sample couriers HR needs
Coordinating sample courier routes and schedules to ensure that there no failure of distribution, looking at alternative routes and replacement of riders when and where necessary, First point of communication for all sample couriers on operations, Ensure that all sample couriers and performing to the required road safety standards, Periodically audit motorcycles to ensure that riders are keeping their motorcycles in good condition, Support/facilitate training and assessment of sample couriers in advanced motorcycle riding and Sample Transport processes, Arrange reallocation of routes and reliever couriers for sample transporter during periodic of sickness or annual leave, Do spot checks from time to time to ensure that the system is operating as it should, Identifying, investigating and reporting any issues or deficiencies in the Sample Transport product to ensure refinement and continuous improvement
Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics and Transport or Supply Chain Management with 4 yrs experience In programme implementation, Clean motorcycle riding licence, Those with fleet management knowledge will have an added advantage, Excellent communication skills Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Power Point, and MS Excel
