The University is currently inviting applications for part-time and full-time Lecturer positions in the disciplines of Business and developmental Studies for both undergraduate and graduate levels.
Successful candidates will instruct students in the required disciplines and provide learning activities that stimulate student involvement and encourage critical thinking. Candidates must demonstrate creativity and innovation in the field of expertise. Effective planning, organising, communication and interpersonal skills including use of tact and discretion and the ability to meet deadlines are a must
For undergraduate positions, candidates will be expected to have a minimum of 3 yrs of teaching experience with 2 yrs of business research experience and Masters degree from a recognised accredited university
For graduate positions, candidates will be expected to have an MBA or other relevant master’s degrees, A PhD or other terminal degrees in a related field is highly desirable, along with research background, 5 yrs of business experience and teaching or training experience is required
