Marinating cash books and general ledger accounts, Preparation of payment vouchers, journals and bank reconciliation, Updating of accounts up to trial balance level, Assisting in preparation of budgets, management accounts and financial reports, Preparation of audit schedules, Payroll management, Inventory management, Preparation of payment vouchers, Procurement of office supplies following organisation’s procurement procedure
Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 yrs working experience in a busy office, Those with NGO experience will have an added advantage, Excellent computer skills including MS word, , MS Power Point, and MS Excel, Excellent communication skills, Knowledge of Quick Books or Pastel accounting packages
