Head Chef
Robin Pope Safaris is a long established company that offers its clients an excellent holiday experience, we are looking for a passionate Head Chef to run the kitchen at our lodge in Monkey Bay, The ideal candidate will be a City and Guilds and South African Chefs Association accredited chef with considerable experience in high end establishments such as ours. Must have experience in menu planning, ordering and a solid knowledge of French cuisine and terminology. The salary is negotiable and will commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
