Human Resource and Administration Officer – Riders for Health – RFH) also known as Riders
Ensure HR Administration in recruitment process including advertisements, shortlisting interview and selection process, reference checks, contracting and induction of the new staff, Responsible for the administration of staff medical insurance and also ensure that employees are covered for accident and life insurance/pension, To undertake field support visit to monitor HR practices and standards and provide onsite support to programme field staff anywhere appropriate, Maintain an accurate and updated internal database i.e. staff contact details and all key contact database, Ensure effective internal office communication by overseeing the internal correspondence mail systems, oversee the use of courier, dispatch and collection of mail/parcels, Document, complete and update all employee information, maintain it in confidential and secure manner, Assist in the administration and reviewing of HR policies as per local laws and that of Riders, Assist in the
coordinating of staff events e..g staff recognition award, staff retreats and team building meetings, Assume other responsibilities as assigned 

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or public Administration, Minimum o 5 yrs relevant experience working in an HR position in an NGO, In depth knowledge of local labour laws including Malawian Employment Act, The Pension Act, the Labour Relations Act and the Compensation Act, Be of high integrity and able to maintain confidentiality, Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Power Point, and MS Excel, Excellent written and spoken English
