Medecins Sans Frontieres-Belgium is an international, medical, non-governmental humanitarian organisation that assist populations in distress in more than 60 countries around the world.  In Malawi, MSF works in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the local community in integrated HIV/AIDS projects in Thyolo and Zonal Districts  

Join one of the foremost humanitarian organisations in the world in a key role supporting mission gals as a co-member of the Human Resources team, Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator, the PAM will have primary accountability for ensuring that MSF is a responsible employer in every aspect human resources administration, in compliance with Malawian law and MSF internal policies 

Personnel Administration Manager – Limbe Coordination Office 

Acts as the advisor to the mission in all legal matters related to contracts, labour conditions, benefits and entitlements, ensures adherence to all internal policies, principles, procedures, standards and tools, manages the remuneration policy and related salary grid and job profiles , ensures fulfilment of national legislation regarding taxes and social security, acts as the technical referent for the employee management system, liaises with ministries, authorities and other MSF section to stay current with HR administration best practices, manage salary payment 

Previous work experience of at least 3 yrs Human Resources administration, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and technical proficiency, Previous experience with an NGO is an advantage, Diploma or Degree in Business Law or Administration Studies, Knowledge of Malawi Employment Law, Highly organised with strong attention to detail, Ability to prioritise and multi-task, fluent in English and Chichewa, written and spoken, Proficient in Windows and MS Office Suite, Familiarity with employee data base management is an advantage
