Valid Nutrition in conjunction with Ajinomoto – a Japanese based company will be implementing a community clinical trial for 6 months in 23 districts of Malawi namely Dedza, Lilongwe and Mchinji.
Sub-Manager – 2 posts , Lilongwe with 90% travelling to the field

Organise and supervise field research activities including recruitment of research subjects, data collection and data management
To participate in and supervise the daily assessment of study children, Ensure that study and CMAM guidelines protocols are being adhered to, Ensure precision, accuracy and completeness of data collection for all types of data including biological samples rand manage transport of samples to the laboratory Timely submission of weekly and monthly statistical report to study manager, Reporting to the study manager all matters related to the study, any other duty assigned from time to time
Technical background in health (State Registered Nurses/or Laboratory Technicians), Experience in interpretation of nutritional data and in treatment of acute malnutrition using CMAM model, Experience in addressing acute malnutrition experience in CMAM work experience in OTP sites, Ability to lead and manage a study team, Sills in collecting blood samples in under five children, Good organisational skills, Demonstrate interested ain and commitment to attainment the aims and values of the study, Good organisational, communicational skills and ability to interact with a diverse range of people
