Business development associate – Lilongwe – NICO Asset Managers Limited
We are looking for an individual with good communication, interpersonal, analytical and conceptual skills, The person should be effective in building relationships/networking, Innovation, planning and organising skills are a must, Reporting to the Business Development Officer, the successful candidate will be required to drive implementation of business development and marketing initiatives of the company through its Lilongwe office
A first Degree in Business Administration or Social Science or Marketing, Thos with a professional qualification in marketing and experience in marketing of financial services products will have an added advantage
Identify new business opportunities, Implement business development initiatives and marketing plans for the company, develop financial products, Work with various medial channels to ensure optimal visibility for the company, Support the company’s strategic plans, Manage the budget for the business development function, Monitor and adhere to standards in client servicing, Manage the Lilongwe office and perform other administrative functions, Work closely with the business development Officer based in Blantyre and the investment team , Support investment system administrative processes required to fulfil the function, Managing internal and external client relationships, and Any other duties assigned from time to time
