Reporting to operations Manager
Ensures clients and their families are positively impacted by operations, Owner of the branch loan portfolio, Achieving and maintaining profitable operations, Chairs the Branch Credit Committee and leads the approval (or rejection) process for loan application, Ensures portfolio targets are met by monitoring PAR and other KPIs, Ensures clients and their families are positively impacted by operations, Represents VisionFund Malawi in the local community, Developing the annual business plan, Developing and maintaining appropriate internal controls, Ensures adherence to all relevant policies and procedures, Act as a mentor, coach and trainer to all branch staff, Works to maintain high moral and plans for future sustainability through training and succession planning, Builds a cohesive team atmosphere, Plans and oversees promotional activities, Plans human resources capacity through recruitment and performance evaluations
Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate others, Capability and willingness to take responsibility and high developed sense of reliability and correctness, Must be a committed Christian, Excellent communication, computing and marketing skills, Minimum of 3 yrs work experience with a reputable Microfinance Institution on at least a similar position, Minimum qualification of Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or any development-related field
