Human Resources Officer (HRO)
The Hunger Project Malawi (THP-Mw), a locally registered NGO under the Trustees Incorporation Act of 1962 is a member of the Hunger Project Global, a non-governmental organisation working in more than 35 countries for the end of world hunger and poverty, In partnership with Management Sciences for Health (SH), under the HIV Testing and counseling (HTC) Enhancement Project, THP-Mw wishes to recruit a Human Resources Officer (HRO) The position is tenable at Limbe office for an initial period of 3 months renewable depending on continues funding from MSH and jobholder performance
Reporting to the Country Director, the position will provide leadership for development, implementation and review of the organisation’s HR protocols
Possess a Bachelors Degree in HR or a comparable qualification from a recognized institution with at least 3 yrs relevant work experience of a sizable scale, Have excellent computing skills and capacity to manage HR Management Information Systems
