A First Degree in Accounting, Finance or Social Science, Those with or pursuing the CFA and CCA/CIMA designations or holding a Masters Degree in a related field and having experience in financial analysis, project financing, debt or equity origination and company valuation will have an added advantage
We are looking for an individual with good communication, interpersonal, research, analytical and conceptual skills, including the ability to interpret and present financial and economic information, The candidate must have good report writing skills and be very conversant with the use of Microsoft Excel, Reporting to the Head, Corporate Finance and Projects, the successful candidate will among other things, be required to source new business for the corporate finance division, execute transactions, prepare various transaction reports and carry out various corporate fiancé assignments as may be assigned from time to time
