Billing Clerks – Kanjedza, Zomba and Area 43
Gather patients billing information, Ensuring completeness bills and produce bills before patients leave the Clinic, Prepare patient’s’ invoices/billing on daily basis, ensure billing/invoicing date line, Resolve disputed claims by gathering, verifying and providing additional information, Resolve bill discrepancies by examining and evaluating data, selecting corrective steps from supervisor, Adjust patients bills by reviewing remittance advices, consult with medical insurance offices, Reconcile customer/patients accounts on monthly basis, Prepare invoice ledgers on daily basis, serve and protect the Clinic community by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures
Diploma in Accounts/Business Administration, At least 2 yrs of work experience in a busy environment, Hardworking and unquestionable integrity
