Regional Policy and Worldwide Influencing Network (WIN) Manger – Ref INT 2000) – South Africa, Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe or Mozambique, 2 yr fixed term contract

Candidates need in depth understanding of the economic, political and social causes and dynamics of poverty and familiarity with policy issues related to the creation or reduction of poverty including sustainable an defective development in a One Programme Approach, Proven experience in leading and/or supporting others to design and deliver advocacy and campaigns, programme and research and policy work in one or more countries, combined with proven experience in capacity strengthening and advisory work with emphasis on women’s rights an are essential for success

The Regional Policy and Worldwide Influencing Network Manager facilitates the development and implementation of the Worldwide Influencing Network (WIN) within Southern Africa and in 4 implementing countries in line with the WIN National Influencing Standards and Southern Africa (SAF) vision for 2020 programmes, the appointee will develop a clear strategy for the transformation of programming in SAF towards influencing and supporting countries to transform their programme strategies, resourcing strategies a, partnerships and ways of working, and ensure adequate capacity to facilitate the change
