Receptionists – Area 43, Lingadzi and Kanjedza Clinics
Good interpersonal skills, Responsible, Good managerial skills, General medical knowledge, Ability to handle multiple tasks, Knowledge of front office operations, clerical and administrative procedures, Knowledge of consumer service practices and principles, Good computer skills, Good communication skills and professional personal presentation, Ability to manage information of patients and clients with confidentiality, Greta attention to detail and stress tolerance, Honest, respectful and trustworthy, Should be flexible and possess cultural awareness
Furnish patient with information on available medical services, Verify membership validity, Act as a bridge between the Clinic and patients/guardians, Maintain list of patient check-in and answer calls, Help patients/clients and guardians fill medical scheme forms, Schedule appointments and communicate facility’s clinics calendars, Maintain and organise of patient’s records, Answer telephone, direct, screen calls, take and relay messages, Ensuring knowledge of Clinical staff whereabouts and maintain exact and complete sign-out/sign-in procedures, Deal with queries or requests from the patients/clients, Provide general clerical and administrative support to all levels of professionals, Schedule appointments, maintain appointments diary, Receive letters and documents and sorting them out and deliver
Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Accounts or Business Administration from an Accredited Institution, Experience in administrative or clerical activities will be an added advantage
