Area Program Manager – Ching’anda – World Vision International
Provide overall oversight in the development and implementation of operational plans in the Area Programs in accordance with relevant strategies (e.g. national, sectoral, disaster preparedness plant etc), policies (e..g ministry policies, child sponsorship, DME management policy, etc) ad standards (e..g IPM, LEAP, sponsorship service, financial etc) incorporating the National technical Programs, (M-WASH, M-LEARN, M-NeCH and M-FSR), Lead the creation and/or on-going development o an Area Program (AP) through managing a thorough assessment and design process, relationship building with local govt and community structures, and office staff team development, resulting I a community based program that fosters children’s well-being and promotes sustainable development
Bachelors Degree in any Development field, Preferably an advanced degree in Development Studies, 3 yrs managerial experience in NGOs
