Community Engagement and Training Manager (CETM)
The CETM will play an important role in ensuring the successful implementation of Mary’s Meals school feeding expansion activities, identification of training needs and capacity building of govt officers and community members as well as Mary’s Meals staff on an ongoing basis
BA/BSc in a relevant discipline (e.g. Social Work, Community Development, International development, Public Health), post graduate degree an added advantage, At least 3 yrs post qualification work experience (preferably within the NGO sector) in community mobilization and the delivery of structured training and capacity building programmes
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer (MELO)
The MELO will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate collation and analysis of programme data, capturing key programme indicators, as a well ensuring that programme information management systems function effectively and efficiently
BA/BSc in a relevant discipline (economics, statistics, mathematics, epidemiology), At least 2 yrs post qualification work experience (preferably within the NGO sector) in data management
School Feeding Officers - 4 posts
The SFOs will be responsible for the day to day monitoring and supervision of the primary school feeding programme, as well as training volunteers and other stakeholders and conducting community meetings
MSCE with a Certificate or Diploma in Community and Rural Development or related field, 2 yrs post qualification work experience in community development or related field preferably with an NGO, Ability to ride a motorbike and possession of a clean Class A motorbike licence
