Project Extension Officer (PEO)
Reports to Project manager, Lilongwe, Division/Dept: Programs, Travel Required Minimum 70% annually
Document success stories and best practices, prepare and timely submit quality monthly project progress repost and plans according to HPI and donor standards, Represent GIM in meetings, workshops, conferences and relevant structures at district level such as District Executive Council (DEC) and when HIM will be required to participate
Minimum of a Diploma in Agricultural Sciences from a well recognised institution

Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Reports to Planning,, Monitoring and Evaluation Manger, Lilongwe, Division/Dept: Programs, Travel required: Minimum 25% annually
A Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Economics, Social Sciences (Economics), Statistical Science, Development Studies and any other related academic qualifications, high level computer and data management skills are a must
Bachelors Degree in Public Relations, communications, development studies or relate field, plus at least 3 yrs of related experience, At least 2 yrs I a supervisory or leadership capacity
Social Development Specialist (SDS)
Reports to Director of Programs, Lilongwe, Travel Required: Minimum 30% annually
Bachelors Degree in Social Science, Sociology or any related field plus 3 yrs of work experience in the agriculture including dairy sector, Knowledge or experience with NO world, working directly to mobilisation of communities and develop social capitals of community groups
Program Manager – Animal Well-Being - Lilongwe
Reports to Director of Programs, Division/Dept@ Programs, Travel required: Minimum 25% annually
Knowledge of and experience in working with livestock programs, Knowledge of and experience with or within community organisations, Fluent in national languages and English, spoken an as well as written, Good leadership qualities, Good communication skills, Have an interest in animals/agriculture/community development, Excellent organisational skills including strong attention to detail, Skills with Microsoft Office package, internet browser, and other appropriate technology
