Chairperson of the board and 4 Board members
The Chairperson – will provide policy and organisational leadership to the organisation, Ensure duties to stakeholders are being fulfilled, Represent the organisation as its figurehead, To provide support and supervision to the management, To be the link between management and the Board of Trustees, To chair meetings of the FAWEMA Board
Must be a holder of a Masters Degree in Education, Sociology, Social Science or Strategic Management Development Studies or any related field, Must have at least 5 yrs experience working in any Social Science related field, Possess excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills, Must be computer literate, Extensive relationship management skills in various types of settings, Familiar with and committed to development Works/Social justice and any such related fields
The four board members should be qualified and able to give advice and guidance in one of the following fields
