Programmes Manager – National Smallholder Farmers Association of Malawi (NASFAM) – Head Office – Lilongwe
Position reports to Head of Programmes, research, Monitoring and Learning and is responsible for working with all heads of Department to develop project proposals, project reports, logical framework analyses and other related documents
Minimum education qualification of a Bachelors Degree in the Social Sciences, Agribusiness or a related field, Those with a Masters Degree will have an added advantage
At least 5 yrs in a similar position
Proven excellent knowledge and experience in programme design and implementation especially in the field of agribusiness, food security and agricultural development, Knowledge and experience in project monitoring and evaluation, and the development of LFAs is a must, Excellent and proven report writing skills, Ability to multi-task and manage a large and diverse portfolio of projects, Strong communication skills, Experience in donor reporting, Team work and adaptability, Good understanding of project budgeting and financial reporting, Experience in managing donor and other relevant stakeholder relations
