Accounts Assistants – Area 43, Katoto and Zomba Clinics
Prepare invoice ledgers on daily basis, cost cash and day books to general ledger, Reconcile monthly remittances, Making daily bank reconciliations, Prepare schedules for management accounts, Participate in quarterly in quarterly stock take exercise, Balance cash with cashiers daily, Make intact and daily banking, File financial documents, Assist in preparation of invoice ledgers and maintaining GRN ledgers, Handle petty cash and stores functions
