Must be a holder of a bachelors Degree in Education, Public Relations, and Journalism, Language or other Social Science related field, Must have at least 5 yrs experience working in the above mentioned field, Must possess skills of Design and Developing Advocacy Activities
Willing to travel within Malawi, Conversant with challenges girls and women in Malawi face in their race to achieve descent and meaningful education, Dedicated to this case of seeing all women and girls in Malawi access education, must be of high integrity and ethical standards, Must be of sober minds and habits, Ability to connect with people from different backgrounds, Possess excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills, Extensive relationship management skills in various types of settings, Familiar with Gender Justice in the Education sector
