Food and Beverages Controller – Nkhanga Essential Support Services
At least 3 yrs experience in a similar job, Ability to analyse business trends, Strong understanding of stock Control with the ability to transfer knowledge to colleagues, Must be computer literate with knowledge of Hotel and Catering Management Systems, must have knowledge of menu engineering and Food and Beverage costing, Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management
The Food and Beverage Controller will play a key role in providing day to day administrative support to all units across the company for stock control related matters, helping to improve efficiency and reduce waste and loss, supporting the Operations Manager
