Civil or Irrigation Engineer, preferably MSc./Dipl.-Ing specialized in irrigation projects.
Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
Civil or Irrigation Engineer, preferably MSc./Dipl.-Ing specialized in irrigation projects.
Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
The main task will be the support to the establishment of the National Irrigation Development Fund and the development of medium- and large-scale irrigation schemes.
Profound experience in EU /EIB funded projects and their relevant financial and contractual handling is required. Country and/or regional experience is an asset.
