About the Project:
A new Water Treatment Plant will be constructed and equipped for Phase 1 (60,000 m3/d) flow and prepared
for the extension of Phase 2 capacity of 120,000 m3/d. Other elements of the project include the supervision of the construction of a Raw Water Intake, Pumping stations, Intermediate Control Tank and Centralized Technical Management System (SCADA). The project is for approximately 24 months and is located near Sabié in Mozambique. Anticipated start date is September 2014.

Candidate Profile:
Applicants should have a University Engineering degree
Applicants must have:
- at least fifteen (15) years experience in the design, installation and commissioning of water treatment plants
- at least four (4) years experience in developing countries
- this position is for a specialised Engineer, highly experienced in treatment processes including design and installation of water treatment systems.
The following would be an advantage:
- Experience in the Region, but in particular in Mozambique
- Portuguese
This is a part time position, anticipated inputs for this role are 3 man-months.
