Male or female 30 yrs ld and above, Diploma in industrial Laboratory Technology or related field, minimum of 2 yrs experience working in a busy food production or processing environment, Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Food Safety Management Systems and HACCP is an added advantage, Willing to work long hours in a busy processing factory
In charge for all food safety, quality and hygiene related issues in the factory, Play key role in maintaining and improving the food safety management system, Responsible for communication in all food safety and quality related issues in liaison with the factory manager and top management, Responsible or all laboratory operations, analyses, customer and external testing sample preparations and production of quality control reports, Responsible for conducting training on quality control and food safety, Ensuring that quality control measures conform to food safety management system and customer requirements and specifications, Ensuring that processing efficiency ins maintained to produce a quality and safety product, and conducting final quality checks on financial product, responsible for checking all incoming materials for conformity, Perform any other quality and food safety related jobs as required by management
