- Preferably experience in mainstreaming and monitoring and evaluating

development, or equivalent) or bachelor degree with 5 years relevantexperience in addition to the general professional experience.

General professional experience
- Minimum of 12 years experience in rural road projects in developing
countries, preferably Sub Sahara Africa region.
Specific professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of diversified experience in capacity building projects
in local authorities, preferably in the road sector.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in evaluation of rural road projects
and/or capacity building of local authorities, preferably in Sub Saharan
Africa region.
- Preferably experience in mainstreaming and monitoring and evaluating
cross-cutting
issues (Gender, Environment, HIV/AIDS).
