Education, Training and Development expert

Description

• A Masters Degree or equivalent in Education, Training and Development.
• A minimum of 12 years' general experience related to this assignment

·         In the absence of a Masters Degree, a Bachelors Degree in Education, Training and Development or an equivalent qualification, will be considered with at least 15 years' experience in the fields listed above
·         Demonstrable knowledge of the South African Higher Education Sector with at least two years' experience in South Africa
·         Knowledge and experience in facilitating and designing eLearning courses/materials

• Experience in providing on the job skills development training to the public sector
• Extensive experience in learning materials design and development for the public sector evidenced by at least 4 courses or programmes designed.
• An in-depth knowledge of the Education, Training and Development Practitioners (ETDP) environment such as the National Qualifications Framework, other quality assurance procedures as well as outcomes based course development will be advantageous
