BlackmoreCreatives a Public Relations, Communications and Event Management agency is looking for a certified individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant.
Roles and Responsibities
- Providegeneral administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to clients
- Maintainelectronic and hard copy filing system
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Performdata entry and scan documents
- Manage calendar for agency
- Assistin resolving any administrative problems
- Run company errands to post office and for office supplies
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, emailsand invitations
- Assisting in media and event coordination
- Media monitoring and reports
- Researchand analysis
- Handling social media for agency and their clients
Competencies and Attributes
- Must have a degree from a recognized college/university
- Must have knowledge / experience in marketing
- Highlycoordinated and organized
- Musthave a good IT competency especially with packages such as MS Word and MS Excel.Knowledge in designing software shall be an advantage
- Must be hard working and flexible
- Able to attend various events
- Workwell with others
