BlackmoreCreatives a Public Relations, Communications and Event Management agency is looking for a certified individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant.
Roles and Responsibities
  • Providegeneral administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to clients
  • Maintainelectronic and hard copy filing system
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Performdata entry and scan documents
  • Manage calendar for agency
  • Assistin resolving any administrative problems
  • Run company errands to post office and for office supplies
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, emailsand invitations
  • Assisting in media and event coordination
  • Media monitoring and reports
  • Researchand analysis
  • Handling social media for agency and their clients
Competencies and Attributes
  • Must have a degree from a recognized college/university
  • Must have knowledge / experience in marketing
  • Highlycoordinated and organized
  • Musthave a good IT competency especially with packages such as MS Word and MS Excel.Knowledge in designing software shall be an advantage
  • Must be hard working and flexible
  • Able to attend various events
  • Workwell with others
