Leaf Technicians
Guide growers on all aspects of Good Agricultural and Labour Practice, Monitor and assist growers from nursery up to marketing of Tobacco, Provide feedback to the Area Coordinator through designed reports,
Must have a Diploma in Agriculture with bias in tobacco production, Must have a valid driver’s licence and be able to ride a motorbike, Computer literate especially conversant with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Must be flexible to work demands, work with minimum supervision and meet reporting deadlines, Good written and spoken communication skills and must be a team player, Age between 25 and 40 yrs
