Inter Aide is looking for and Administration Manger based in Lilongwe, Lilongwe district
Inter Aide is a French oriented NGO which has been implementing development projects in the rural areas of Malawi since 1991, in the areas of WASH, Agriculture and AIDS prevention
The position aims at managing the administration of Inter Aide’s Lilongwe Support Office (LSO)
Reporting to Inter Aide’s Senior Advisor
Bachelors degree in Administration, Social Sciences or Education , Work experience in NGOs administration (human resources, accountancy, registration, work permits), Familiarity in managing pension funds issues, Oral and written proficiency in English and Chichewa, - proficiency in French will be an asset, Organisation and management of priorities, Self-reliant, enterprising and responsible, Diplomatic and negotiating skills, Computer literate including strong Excel skills,, Knowledge of accounting is important t
Liaise with local institutions, Follow up of inter Aide registration and agreements with the Govt, CONGOMA and NGO BOARD, Supervision and permanent follow-up of legal matters related to pension schemes system, Submission and follow up of legal matters with the lawyer, Immigration, Labour Office , Road Traffic, insurance etc, Human resources management; supervise LSO staff, pay salaries, taxes and pension funds, etc, Administrative management,: pay bills, insure staff and equipment, collect the post, make sure office equipment if maintained, organise field visit
