MicroLoan Foundation is seeking a Head of Operations and Fundraising Development - Africa. S/he will be responsible for consolidation and building operation in Malawi and Zambia and developing new business in to new Sub Saharan African countries.
MicroLoan Foundation is seeking a Head of Operations and Fundraising Development - Africa. S/he will be responsible for consolidation and building operation in Malawi and Zambia and developing new business in to new Sub Saharan African countries.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Formulating strategy for penetration in new countries;
- Monitoring operational plans and budgets;
- Liasoning with Reserve Bank;
- Processes and procedure refinement;
- Team building and leadership;
- Social performance management;
- Involve with fundraising;
- Governance of the organization.
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of experience in managing growth and quality in service delivery in MFI, NGO, or commercial sector;
- Experience with supporting large funding bids.
