Family planning Association of Malawi (FPAM) is an indigenous, non-governmental organisation providing youth friendly sexual and reproductive health rights information and services
FPAM is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions tenable at the Secretariat in Lilongwe
Program Manager
The position reports to the Director of Programs
Provide technical programmatic direction and lead in Resource Mobilisation
Plan the delivery of all programming activities, Develop and implement long-term program goals and objectives, In liaison with the supervisor, develop a program evaluation framework, Lead in resource mobilisation drive, Write progress reports for management and donors, Devise innovative an deficient programming initiatives
Masters Degree in Public Health, Social Science or any relevant qualification from reputable institution, 5 yrs of work experience with a minimum of 3 yrs of projects management, Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, Extensive experience in writing wining proposals.
