Social Franchise Business Officer
Responsible for supporting Tunza providers in business management by closely working with demand creation, medical detailing and quality assurance teams
Work with the franchise service providers to monitor and improve profitability, Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, Ensure that a financing and voucher related data is collected and entered in to MIS on a monthly basis, Monitor the development and implementation of business plans by Tunza franchises, Monitor voucher system implementation, support comprehensive documentation and ensure prompt provider payment, Assist in mapping and expansion of the voucher system, Develop on-the-job and formal training and/or facilitate trainings to meet provider needs, Identify business and financial management training needs among franchises, Monitor providers’ compliance with Tunza business model and business strategies, Support franchises to develop and implement effective business processes
