Reports to the Marketing Manager - Group Business Main responsibilities are to procure new corporate clients, build and manage relationships with corporate clients in order to procure new business and retain existing business The procurement of business shall be in line with the Business plan assigned to the Corporate Financial adviser by the Marketing Manager – Group Business The Adviser must Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers an degenerate list of prospective clients, Systematically target prospects and niche markets as per the company strategy, Achieve above 85% of assigned business targets each year for new business, Client Servicing: ensure structured visits to clients and perform administrative task such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals, demonstrate exemplary behaviour and conduct in performance of his/her duties, Assist in the Sales Budgeting process, Promote “needs selling” analysis, Assist in new products development, Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time Professional Diploma such as CII, CIM, HRM etc, Experience as a sales Executive will be an added advantage, Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications, Sound verbal and written communication skills, Self starter, team worker and results driven individual, Valid Driver’s licence will be an added advantage Corporate Financial Advisers will be remunerated with an attractive fixed retainer and commission related to sales Interested persons must send their applications by Wednesday 30th September The Finance and administration Manager,Vanguard Life Assurance Company Limited, P O Box 1625, Blantyre, email: akhanganya@vanguardlifemw.com, or vanguard@vanguardlifemw.com
