Assistant Human Resources Manager (AHRM) – Central Region Water Board
Based in Lilongwe and reporting to the Human Resources Manager
Coordinating and overseeing staff training and development, Payroll processing and administration of employee benefits, Championing and administering employee disciplinary processes, Overseeing work-life balance through wellness and health activities, Administering performance and reward management systems, Administering Board’s staff establishment, Performing any other duties relevant to the post as assigned by superiors
First Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration/Public Administration from recognized institutions, At least 3 yrs experience in human resources management and development
Working knowledge of labour laws, Team player, Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time while paying attention to detail
