Overall Objective:
Responsible for customer calls evaluation, design and build. This includes planning and implementing complex network solutions
based on product specifications, customer requirements, and evolving business requirements. First level Network Monitoring
Scope of Work:
- Responsible for system administration, network monitoring, diagnostics, maintenance and support
- Installation and Improvements to Network & Systems
- Capacity building and leadership
- Documentation regarding network diagrams and procedures and their improvement/ enhancement
- Perform additional duties and special assignments as required by department during normal work hours and after hours while on-call
