Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management (Those with Masters Degree will have an added advantage), Not less than 5 yrs of experience in a similar position
 
Handling the recruitments, election and replacement process of LPPH, Strategic planning (Guidance to business and employees career development), Consistent interpretation and application of personnel policies, Establishment of pay ranges for various classes of positions, Effective management of employee relationships, including resolution of complaints and conflicts, Implementation of performance review and performance management for all staff and ensure that all staff appraised as appropriate, Managing insurance and medical schemes of LPPH, Supervising maintenance of personnel records, Any other duties assigned by the General Manager
