Technician
Overall Objective:
Provide basic support to NOC engineers as well as general maintenance of the VLP as well as establishing customer cross connections and installations.
Scope of Work:
- Support NOC engineers
- General Maintenance and Repair
- Assist in customer connections and troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Candidate should have a minimum of O-Level schooling as well as a certificate/diploma in any technical field, preferably as electrician
- Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in a similar field
- Candidate must have solid reference from previous employers

1st Line NOC Engineer
Overall Objective:
Responsible for customer calls evaluation, design and build. This includes planning and implementing complex network solutions
based on product specifications, customer requirements, and evolving business requirements. First level Network Monitoring
Scope of Work:
- Responsible for system administration, network monitoring, diagnostics, maintenance and support
- Installation and Improvements to Network & Systems
- Capacity building and leadership
- Documentation regarding network diagrams and procedures and their improvement/ enhancement
- Perform additional duties and special assignments as required by department during normal work hours and after hours while on-call
