Those with first Degree in Business administration will have an added advantage Sales-Promotion of company products and services, Compiling of sales reports, Preparation of quotation and bids Accounts– Procurement of office supplies and printing materials, Petty cash handling, Preparation of payment vouchers As Personal Assistant to the General manger, s/he ensures and arranges the General Manager’s daily appointment, meetings and proper running of the General Manager’s office Should have a minimum of 5 yrs experience, Good oral and written communication skills, Good moral values and standards, Organise maintenance schedules and management of organisation vehicles, equipment and facilities, Managing incoming and outgoing correspondences, Manage appointment and arrange meetings, record and distribute minutes as required, Managing travel arrangements
