Shall be answerable to the Education Commission through the Board of Governors of the School and shall be responsible for the school’s consistent achievement of its vision, mission, School Development Improvement plan and financial objectives
The School Manager works with the governing body to secure and sustain effective teaching and learning throughout the school, The School Manager also monitors an devaluates the quality of teaching and standards of attainment, using relevant benchmarks and setting targets for improvement, Leading and managing staff, The role of School Manager is one of leadership of a learning community rooted in faith, The School Manger should take Christ as its inspiration, The School Manger’s management of staff should demonstrate an awareness of their unique contribution as individuals, valued and loved by god, The School Manager’s leadership should motivate, support a, challenge and develop staff, Supervising the teaching and non-teaching staff of the school Fostering and maintaining high ideals and good discipline among the students and staff, Administering the school, subject to the supervision of the Board, Subject to and in consultation with the Board of Governors to maintain high financial management of the school and its property, Supervising the Financial Administrator and all other support staff
A minimum of Bachelors degree in Education, Those with a Masters Degree in education shall have an added advantage, A minimum of 5 yrs senior management experience in a secondary school setup, Minimum age of 35 to 50 yrs, Must be a strategic tinker with excellent planning and prioritisation skills, must be computer literate
